Oh Study, my dear Study,
Of you I have become so weary.
I love you so; I can't deny.
Yet at times, from you I'd fly.
Indeed, to you I'm always bound,
But in restlessness I'm often found.
We were, once, a couple so loving,
Since when have you become so controlling?
From me are driven all my beaux,
For I cease not to have you in tow.
Please release me. Let me go!
But still, you know I love you so.
